SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

Some items are too big to leave at your front door (Dinning tables, Lounge chairs, Sofas).

We will need to schedule a delivery date and time of these items. Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery. We ask that you take receipt of them within 30 days or a holding fee will be applied to your balance. At the time of scheduling we will contact you either by email or phone.

We will need the following information:

1) A verified address

2) A confirmed date and time of delivery

3) The information of recipient

We require an authorized recipient to accept delivery of every item.

Please email Shopjuniperway@gmail.com of any special requirements  necessary to ensure

a successful delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1) The need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and

driveways

2) Restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances

3) Gated entry access

4) Multiple flights of stairs

It is the client’s responsibility to insure space is ready for delivery. Also, please keep in

mind that larger items will not be left on a door step and will require an authorized individual present for delivery.
PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access

points. Such as:

1) Doorways

2) Stairways

3) Hallways

4) Elevators

5) Around corners into the desired location.

DELIVERY SURCHARGES

Oversized, extremely heavy or fragile items cost more to ship and handle and require

additional delivery support, thus incurring a surcharge. This additional charge is listed with the product price on the applicable product page and in the cart.
WHITE GLOVE

For an extra charge of $120 per address we can arrange for White Glove delivery to

most destinations within the contiguous 48 states.

White glove delivery means that your package will be brought into your

space, unboxed and assembled (if assembly is necessary). please keep in

mind that these movers are not

allowed to move existing furniture. Please note that we do not unpack certain items, and certain other restrictions may apply. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you closely inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.
