Returns

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all Juniper Way products. If 30 days have passed since the receival date of your furniture product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you want to return your furniture within the first 30 days after your receival, then please email Juniper Way at Shopjuniperway@gmail.com to arrange details . All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.

Please note: to be eligible for returns, furniture must not be damaged, soiled or excessively used. Upon return, your furniture will be inspected. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Juniper Way will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Appropriate credit and/or refunds will be issued including any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Don’t worry about a thing we will send out a team to package the product and send it back to us free of charge to you.

“What if my product comes damaged?”

Answer
We take great precautions for this not to happen but if it does We ask that you send us an email at Shopjuniperway@gmail.com with pictures, after accessing the pictures we will either have a furniture medic come take care of the product or have the item shipped back to us and replaced.
